Frequently Asked Questions
Everything Chennai homeowners ask before choosing uPVC interiors — pricing, warranty, timelines and material quality.
All Questions
For kitchens, bathrooms, wet areas, and all storage — yes, absolutely. uPVC is 100% waterproof and termite-proof, which is critical in Chennai's coastal humidity. Regular plywood swells, develops fungus, and gets termite-damaged within 5–8 years. uPVC solves all of these problems permanently and requires zero maintenance over its 15–20 year lifespan.
A basic uPVC kitchen starts from ₹80,000 for a standard layout. Mid-range kitchens with tandems and premium hardware range from ₹1,15,000 to ₹1,80,000. Premium designs with fluted glass, tandem baskets, and breakfast counters go up to ₹3,26,000+. Final cost depends on your room size and hardware selection.
The 2BHK base package includes: uPVC modular kitchen, 2 wardrobes, TV unit, crockery unit, dressing unit, study unit, and shoe rack — all in uPVC, standard sqft box work. False ceiling + electrical + lighting is an optional add-on at ₹1,00,000 extra. Painting, stone works, granite, wall tiles, and plumbing are not included and will be quoted separately if required.
Kitchen only: 12–15 working days. Wardrobes only: 10–12 days. 2BHK full package: 20–25 working days. 3BHK full package: 30–40 working days. Timeline starts from the date of advance payment.
